About Me
I am a Leadership Coach and Facilitator with over 20 years of experience in international HR and leadership roles across Europe and Asia.
My background combines a strong corporate foundation with hands-on experience working closely with senior leaders and teams in complex, fast-moving environments. Over the years, I have supported organisations through transformation, helped leaders navigate change, and worked at the intersection of business performance and human dynamics.
Throughout my career, I have consistently observed that most organisational challenges are not primarily technical, but human. Misalignment, lack of clarity, communication gaps, and unspoken expectations often limit performance more than strategy or expertise.
This realisation has shaped my approach.
Today, I work with leaders and teams to improve how they actually work together — by making leadership practices more explicit, strengthening communication, and creating alignment between intentions, behaviours, and business objectives.
